How to connect

  1. Open Workspace → Connections.
  2. Choose Calendly and press Connect.
  3. Sign in to Calendly and approve the permissions PW asks for.
  4. Pick the event types your AI employee may offer to leads.
  5. Back in PW, choose what each AI employee may do with the connection.

Approvals and trust

Reading never needs your approval. Anything your AI employee writes or sends lands in Needs review first, and you approve it there. As you approve more of an employee's work you can trust it with a kind of work, and from then on that work runs on its own. Some actions, like public posts, always wait for you.

How employees earn trust

Limits

  • Available now: reading open times on the event type you pick. Seeing booked meetings, booking and booking alerts are not available yet.
  • Booking for you and booking alerts need a paid Calendly plan. On a free plan PW can only read your schedule.
  • Calendly allows up to 10 bookings a minute, 50 an hour and 100 a day through its API.
  • Open times can be read up to 31 days ahead.

Questions

What will my AI employee do in Calendly?

Today it reads the open times on the event type you picked, so it can tell you or a lead when you are free. Booking leads into that event type and following up when someone books or cancels are planned.

Do I need a paid Calendly plan?

To let PW book meetings or get booking alerts, yes. Calendly offers those only on paid plans. Reading your schedule works on any plan.

Will it book or cancel without asking me?

Booking is not available yet. When it ships, booking follows the trust ladder: it waits for your approval until you promote the employee. Cancelling will always need your approval.

What happens if I disconnect?

PW deletes its stored sign-in and stops reading your schedule. Meetings already booked stay in Calendly.

Can I just paste my Calendly link instead?

A pasted link lets PW share your booking page with a lead. It does not let your AI employee see your open times or book for you; that needs the connection.

Security and disconnecting

What PW keeps
The connected account's name and ID, the permissions you granted, and the sign-in tokens the provider issued. Never your password.
Encryption
Tokens are encrypted with AES-256-GCM before they are stored and are only decrypted server-side at the moment an allowed action runs.
Disconnecting
Open Connections, choose the platform and press Disconnect. You can also remove PW's access from the provider's own app settings.
Deletion
Disconnecting deletes the stored tokens and switches off every permission for that account. Activity records stay in your audit log.
