How does pilot pricing work?
We're setting pricing with our first customers, so there are no published plans to pick from. Start the 14-day trial — no card needed — put an AI employee to work on a real job, and we'll settle pricing together based on the employees you actually keep running. It's priced like staff, not software: a fraction of a hire, and you only pay for the ones doing work. Nothing is charged until you agree to a number.
How is Persistent Workforce different from Bullhorn?
Bullhorn charges per user per month with long annual contracts and a paid implementation. Persistent Workforce has no per-seat fee and no implementation project — you get the whole platform plus AI employees that work the phones, texts, and admin all day. We cover the small-team segment Bullhorn was never built for. If you have 50+ recruiters and need VMS integrations, Bullhorn is still the right tool.
Do you have integrations with [job board / ATS / etc.]?
Today Persistent Workforce ships the recruiting CRM core: pipeline, customers, forms, pages, and the Discovery Video generator. Direct job-board integrations (LinkedIn, Indeed, ZipRecruiter) and ATS-import workflows are coming soon, and CSV import is on the way as well. If a specific integration is a deal-breaker for you, email support@persistentmomentum.com — we prioritize the roadmap based on customer demand.
Can my whole team use this?
A pilot workspace currently runs as a single login. Multi-seat invitations and role-based permissions are on the way (estimated Q3 2026); when they launch, every pilot customer gets them automatically at no extra cost. Your AI employees are not seats — you can run several of them from one workspace today.
What happens if I cancel?
Cancel anytime through the in-app billing portal. Cancellations take effect at the end of the current billing period — no partial-month refunds, but you keep access until that date. Your customer data, pipeline, and Discovery Videos are retained for 90 days post- cancellation so you can export them. After 90 days the data is deleted (subject to legal retention requirements).
Is the 14-day trial really free?
Yes, full feature access. No card needed to start. You only pay if you decide to keep going after the trial, at a price we agree on together. We don't auto-charge.
How do you handle our customers' data?
Customer PII (names, emails, phones, resumes) is stored in Supabase (US region), encrypted at rest, and access-scoped via row-level security so no other customer can read your rows. We never sell your data and we don't use Customer Content to train AI models that benefit other customers. Full details in our Privacy Policy.
