How to connect
- Open Workspace → Connections.
- Choose Google Business Profile and press Connect.
- Sign in to Google Business Profile and approve the permissions PW asks for.
- Sign in with the Google account that owns or manages your Business Profile.
- Pick the location PW should post to when you schedule a post.
- Back in PW, choose what each AI employee may do with the connection.
Approvals and trust
Reading never needs your approval. Anything your AI employee writes or sends lands in Needs review first, and you approve it there. As you approve more of an employee's work you can trust it with a kind of work, and from then on that work runs on its own. Some actions, like public posts, always wait for you.
How employees earn trustLimits
- Google must approve PW's access to the Business Profile API before anyone can connect. Until then this connection shows as setup pending.
- PW caps post text at 1,500 characters, and Google allows about 10 changes per minute to one profile.
- PW posts standard updates only. Event and offer posts are not supported yet, and Google does not allow product posts through its API.
- The Google account you connect must be an owner or manager of the location.

Nothing yet. Posting and review quotes are built, but they stay off until Google approves PW's access to the Business Profile API.
Will anything be posted without my approval?
No. Every Business Profile post waits in Approvals until you approve that post.
Will PW reply to my reviews?
Not today. Review replies are planned, and every reply will wait for your approval because it is public.
Does PW keep my reviews?
No. Reviews are read when you pick one for a post. Only the review you pick is copied into your draft: its words, star rating and the reviewer's name as Google shows it.
What happens if I disconnect?
PW deletes the stored sign-in and stops posting. Posts already published stay on your profile until you delete them there.
Why did a post fail?
Usually the text is over 1,500 characters, the Google account lost manager access to the location, or Google asked you to reconnect. Google can also mark a published post "Not approved" if it breaks Google's content policy.
Security and disconnecting
- What PW keeps
- The connected account's name and ID, the permissions you granted, and the sign-in tokens the provider issued. Never your password.
- Encryption
- Tokens are encrypted with AES-256-GCM before they are stored and are only decrypted server-side at the moment an allowed action runs.
- Disconnecting
- Open Connections, choose the platform and press Disconnect. You can also remove PW's access from the provider's own app settings.
- Deletion
- Disconnecting deletes the stored tokens and switches off every permission for that account. Activity records stay in your audit log.
