How to connect

Open Workspace → Connections.
Choose Facebook and press Connect.
Sign in to Facebook and approve the permissions PW asks for.
Sign in with a Facebook account that can create content on your Page.
Pick the Facebook Pages PW may post to. A linked Instagram professional account comes with its Page.
Back in PW, choose what each AI employee may do with the connection.

Approvals and trust

Reading never needs your approval. Anything your AI employee writes or sends lands in Needs review first, and you approve it there. As you approve more of an employee's work you can trust it with a kind of work, and from then on that work runs on its own. Some actions, like public posts, always wait for you.

Limits

Meta is still reviewing PW's app. Until it approves, only accounts on PW's test team can connect.
PW publishes text or one photo to Facebook, and one photo to Instagram. Videos, reels, carousels and stories are not supported yet.
Instagram posting needs a Business or Creator account linked to your Facebook Page. Instagram allows about 100 API posts per account per day.
PW does not read or reply to comments or messages yet.

What can my AI employee do here today?

Publish a post you approved to your Facebook Page, and a photo post to your linked Instagram account, from the Marketing calendar or the post composer.

Will a post go out without me approving it?

No. Every Facebook and Instagram post waits in Approvals until you approve it.

Will PW like, follow or comment to grow my audience?

No. PW never likes, follows or comments on your behalf to drive engagement. Meta's policies forbid it.

What happens if I disconnect?

PW deletes the stored Page tokens and stops posting. Posts already published stay on Facebook and Instagram until you delete them there.

What does PW keep from my Page?

The Page name and ID, the linked Instagram account, and the Page token. If you remove PW in Facebook's settings, Meta tells PW and PW deletes the connection.

Why did a post fail?

Usually Instagram got a post with no photo, the photo was not a JPEG, your Facebook account lost its role on the Page, or Meta asked you to reconnect.

Security and disconnecting

What PW keeps: The connected account's name and ID, the permissions you granted, and the sign-in tokens the provider issued. Never your password.
Encryption: Tokens are encrypted with AES-256-GCM before they are stored and are only decrypted server-side at the moment an allowed action runs.
Disconnecting: Open Connections, choose the platform and press Disconnect. You can also remove PW's access from the provider's own app settings.
Deletion: Disconnecting deletes the stored tokens and switches off every permission for that account. Activity records stay in your audit log.
