Pick up new leads that email you

Drafted for your approval. Nothing is sent: you review and send the draft in Outlook.
Send an email from your Outlook
Waits for your approval until you trust the employee.
Check when you're free
Read only, no approval needed. Built; off until PW's Microsoft app is set up. Work or school Microsoft 365 accounts only.
Book a meeting on your Outlook calendar
Waits for your approval until you trust the employee. The Outlook calendar connection is filed as #37.
Post a message in a Teams chat or channel
Waits for your approval until you trust the employee. Microsoft lets apps post only as a signed-in person; posting as the app is for data migration.
How to connect
- Open Workspace → Connections.
- Choose Microsoft and press Connect.
- Sign in to Microsoft and approve the permissions PW asks for.
- If your company's Microsoft admin limits which apps people may approve, ask the admin to approve PW for your organization.
- Back in PW, choose what each AI employee may do with the connection.
Approvals and trust
Reading never needs your approval. Anything your AI employee writes or sends lands in Needs review first, and you approve it there. As you approve more of an employee's work you can trust it with a kind of work, and from then on that work runs on its own. Some actions, like public posts, always wait for you.
How employees earn trustLimits
- Not available yet. This connection is planned.
- Some organizations only allow apps from verified publishers. Your Microsoft admin may need to approve PW first.
- Microsoft allows an app about 10,000 requests every 10 minutes for each mailbox.
- Teams messages are posted as the person who connected, not as a separate bot.
Questions
What will my AI employee do in Microsoft 365?
Read new emails in your Outlook inbox to find leads, reply from your Outlook address, check your Outlook calendar and book meetings on it. Posting in Teams comes later. None of this is available yet.
Will it send email without asking me?
Not at first. Emails follow the trust ladder: they wait for your approval until you promote the employee.
Why does Microsoft say my admin must approve PW?
Your organization's Microsoft settings decide which apps people may approve on their own. If yours limits it, an admin approves PW once for everyone.
What happens if I disconnect?
PW deletes its stored sign-in and stops reading and sending. Emails and meetings it already sent stay in Outlook. You can also remove PW from your Microsoft account's app permissions.
Does PW keep my emails?
Once this ships, PW will read an email when an employee needs it. What the employee uses will be saved in its chat history and sent to the AI model your workspace uses. PW will not copy your whole mailbox.
Security and disconnecting
- What PW keeps
- The connected account's name and ID, the permissions you granted, and the sign-in tokens the provider issued. Never your password.
- Encryption
- Tokens are encrypted with AES-256-GCM before they are stored and are only decrypted server-side at the moment an allowed action runs.
- Disconnecting
- Open Connections, choose the platform and press Disconnect. You can also remove PW's access from the provider's own app settings.
- Deletion
- Disconnecting deletes the stored tokens and switches off every permission for that account. Activity records stay in your audit log.
